Creating a secure environment for our fans remains a top priority.
By the end of this year, roughly seven million fans will have streamed through the doors of Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall, The Beacon Theatre and all our venues — from The Theater at Madison Square Garden to The Forum in Los Angeles to the Chicago Theatre.
Our goal is to enthrall you while doing everything to make your experience safe and sound.
To make it all happen without a hitch, we have in place extensive security measures — some visible and some behind the scenes — strengthened by the hundreds of trained personnel deployed throughout our venues.
If you ever wonder why there are rows of metal detectors at our entrances, it’s to help keep you, our guests, safe. The entry process is designed to be crisp and thorough, so everyone entering our venues — including staff — follows the same routine.
Here are some ways you can help, too:
- Arrive early. Allowing an extra 20 to 30 minutes can make all the difference.
- Make use of the new entry points. At Madison Square Garden, in addition to our main Seventh Ave. entrance, we have added two entry points on Eighth Ave. And there are now more entrances at Radio City. If you need any help, our Ambassadors are on hand to direct you.
- And if at all possible, leave bags behind. That will streamline the entire process.
Our objective behind all this is unwavering — to get you smoothly inside where the experience begins.
